  National Energy Center of Excellence
     - Registration & continental breakfast begin at 7:00 AM
     - Conference keynote speaker, 8:30 AM
     - Field trips / Breakout sessions, 9:30 AM - 5:00 PM
     - Lunch, BSC Student Union, 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM

     - Social & Banquet, 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM - Location TBD
     - Banquet keynote speaker, 7:30 PM
     - Post-banquet social, Location TBD.

 Saturday, February 27th
  Bismarck State College
